Our story
Our Founders
With their respective entries in 2015 and 2018, they were pioneers in the industry, joining as the very first employees for their previous businesses. Their focus was primarily on onshore and offshore wind projects, where they successfully built highly specialized teams for some of the world's largest WTG OEMs.
What Next?
Alexander and Samuel's entrepreneurial prowess allowed them to achieve remarkable success in scaling their previous companies. They ventured into new verticals and markets, broadening their reach and impact in the industry. Additionally, Samuel's visionary leadership led to the establishment of a Houston office, strategically positioning himself to solidify his presence in the lucrative US market.
Their focus?
Alexander broke into new territory, such as the BESS and E-Mobility market back in 2018, partnering with some of the pioneering OEMs, integrators, and Infrastructure companies. Sam went on to partner with the Developers, EPC’s, Owner Operators and IPP’s to build out and scale new and existing divisions, ranging from Origination and Development teams, finance and legal, all the way through to the Engineering and Construction.
Then what?
Alexander and Sam both solidified their positions in the market, gaining exclusivity status across the industry, becoming true ambassadors and go-to partners to their candidates and clients alike.
What now?
With both of our founders excelling in their respective areas across the entire value chain in the renewables industry, they caught the eye of a recruitment pioneer in Venture Capital, Fourteen Capital Partners. Soon after, it was decided that we need to build something more specialized and to go against the grain. Then came GreenBridge Energy.
